Tuskegee University Tompkins Hall Renovation: Historical Masonry Preservation
Meridian Contractors, LLC was chosen by Advantage Contracting to preserve elements of the historic Tompkins Hall during a renovation project awarded in 2023. Built in the early 1900s, it was crucial that the masonry restoration endeavors conserve as much of the structure as possible. Meridian’s scope of work for this project included demolition and restoration of brick and precast caps on the stairwells.
